Goh Betoch Bank S.C is looking for fresh and qualified applicants for the following Job positions.
Goh Betoch Bank SC, the first private mortgage financial firm, is officially set to open its door as of October 25 as the 21st bank at its headquarter. Established with over 6,600 shareholders, Goh received a banking license after it collected a paid-up capital of over 500m Birr from 1.2b Br subscribed.
The first branch of the bank is opened on Africa Avenue, zimbabwe street, Abderuf Building around Japan Embassy.
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance/Business Administration or any business related field of study and zero year experience.
- Only graduate of 2024 & 2025 G.C *3.75 and above CGPA and who passed National Exit Exam.
Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance/Business Administration or any business related field of study and 3 years of related work experience in Banking operations.
Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 3: International Banking Officer
- Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or any business related field of study and 3 years of experience in international banking area.
Location: Head Office
Position 4: IFB Accounts and Operations Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or any business related field of study and 3 years of experience in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking) or IFB-related certification is advantageous.

Position 5: Senior International Banking Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or any business related field of study and 4 years of experience in international banking area.

Position 6: Senior IFB Business Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Accounting or Management/Banking & Finance or any business related field of study and 4 years of experience in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking) or IFB-related certification is advantageous.

Position 7: Branch Manager
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance/Business Administration or any business related field of study and 6 years’ work experience in banking operations out of which 2 years in supervisory position.
