              1.            Branch Manager – Grade-ILead in  the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;Plan and lead  the  resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating  the branch work force in an effective manner.Assign duty and apportion amount of resources that should be mobilized by the branch.Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch  through methods such as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;Ensure an attractive banking service is delivered and maintained;Plan and lead  the  resource Mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing   and    coordinating    theQualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.   Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.Gondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area,

              2.            Manager Branch Operations – IManages the branch cash Operation;Manages the reconciliation of book of accountManages transaction checkingManages document authentication (KYC)Effective utilization of resources  Qualifications: MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and related fields.   Experience: 4/6 years of experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as Senior Banking Operation or equivalent position.Gondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area,
            3.          Manager Branch BusinessPlans and manages the marketing activities of the branch;Plans and manages the customer services activities of the branch;Effective utilization of resourcesManages the branch cash Operation;Manages the reconciliation of book of accountManages transaction checking Manages document authentication (KYC)Qualification: – MA/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics and related fields.   Experience: 4/6 years of experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as Senior Customer Services Officer or equivalent position.Gondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area, ●
                    4.            Branch Accountant- IEnsures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,Dispatches/Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents.  Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and related fields.   Experience: 3/5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.Gondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area,
          5.          Branch Cash Supervisor – IAdminister the Primary Vault dually with supervisors,Ensure cash records are fully reconciled with account records,Disburse cash to designated Bank clerks,Collect surplus cash from Bank clerks,Keep records of amounts received and paid and regularly check the cash balance against recordQualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Banking & finance, Business Administration, Management, and related fields.   Experience: 4 years of experience in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as Cashier or Senior Customer Service OfficerGondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area,
          6.        Customer Service Representative IIIPerform KYC and Customer due diligence upon opening accountsReceive and deliver physical cash from and to customer,Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,Update passbook, print deal slip or issues a customer advice,Issue and sign Payment Instruments,  Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, and related fields.   Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation.Gondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area,
  Entertain deposit of cheque and other financial instruments.  
              7.            Customer Service Representative IIEngage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activitiesInitiates cash transfer from/to cash,Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,Checks and balance physical cash with the Casher, Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers,  Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields..   Experience: 1 years of experience in banking operation.Gondar and the area,Bahir Dar and the area,Debre Markos, and the areaDebre Birhan and the area,
                    8.                    Customer Service Representative IEngage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activitiesInitiates cash transfer from/to cash,Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,Checks and balance physical cash with the Casher,Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers,opening application form and receives all documents,Scrutinizes and authenticates presented documents.Handle front office banking operational activities  Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75   Graduates of years 2020 & 2021   G.C.
