CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING
Required Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineer, Construction Technology and management and related Fields.
Work Experience: 07-Years in Building Construction out of which High rise Buildings more than 3-years in Specific Position.
Additional skill: Auto CAD skills- Communication and leadership skill.
1:SANITARY FORMAN
Required Qualification: Advance Diploma or Diploma in civil, water technology and related fields.
Work Experience: 05 Years in sanitary work installation out of which high rise buildings more than 3-years in specific position.
Additional skill: Auto CAD skills- Communication and leadership skill.
2:GENERAL FORMAN
Required Qualification: Advance Diploma or Diploma in civil, COTM or related fields.
Work Experience: 07-Years as Forman or GF on building Construction project out of which with more than 4-years as general Forman.
Additional skill: -Auto CAD design reading and interpreting. Communication and leadership skill.
3:FINISHING FORMAN
Required Qualification: Diploma or COC certificate in civil engineer, COTM or related fields
Work Experience: 07-Years as Finishing Forman or General Forman on high rise building out of which 04 years on specific position.
Additional skill: Certificate in Finishing works of building. -Auto cad design, reading and interpreting. Leadership and communication skill
Required No: 04 (Four)
PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER AND FOLLOW UP
Required Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineer or COTM or related fields
Work Experience: 10 Years work Experience out of which 05 years in specific position preparing and controlling project plans, budget and execution. preparation of periodical reports to company management
Additional skill: Project planning, soft wear p-6 and MS project-Auto cad
