01. ReceptionistA
BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Management and related of disciplineMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Receptionist Language Competency: Fluency in Amharic and English is a requirement, multi language capability in both local and international languages is an advantage
02.Customer Service Officer (IFB)
A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of disciplineMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer preferably on IFB Window. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage. Language Competency: Fluency in Amharic and English is a requirement, multi language capability in both local and international languages is an advantage.
03.Customer Service Officer
A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of disciplineMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer
04.Senior Core System Administration Officer

05.Social Media Analyst
A minimum of BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Journalism & Communication, Marketing Management, Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, Leadership, Business Administration or related field of disciplineMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Social Media Analyst
06.Senior Social Media Analyst
