Job Requirements

·         University Degree/College diploma in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related

·         Four years’ experience for degree holders and 3 years of experience for post grad in office administration and human resource.

·         1 year supervision experience is plus.

·         NGO experience in Human resource is preferable.

·         Strong o skills

·         Computer literate especially word and excel.

·         Excellent in English both speaking & writing.

·         Local language Tigrigna is helpful.

·         Ability to work under pressure.
