Oromia Development Association (ODA) is a local, membership-based, nongovernmental organization established in 1993 to improve the lives of people in Oromia region through sustainable integrated community-based programs. ODA primarily focuses on livelihood diversification, community empowerment, public health promotion, education, provision of potable water, environmental protection, and promoting voluntarism to contribute to the development of the region.

Job Requirements
- Qualification & Skill – BA graduate in Accounting/Financial accounting & related fields of study from recognized university
- with CGPA of 3.25 & above in regular program
- who graduated from 2020G.C. – 2021 G.C.
- Basic skill in Computer.
- Good experience of Peach tree Accounting Software & other financial software’s
- Written & oral communication skills in A/Oromo, English and Amharic is Mandatory.
- High levels of attention to detail leading to the production of accurate reports,
- Experience – 0 years of experience in the field.
