Position 1 – Project Control Manager
Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description
We invite qualified applicants for the position of Project Control Manager at one of our clients, Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC.
The Project Control Manager has the following Responsibilities
Labor management: labor workload weekly/monthly review (TIMES/ resource); outsourcing and asset management
Daily Progress Report
Subcontractor management: PO management (creation/modification/cancel)
System configuration, Regular reports, KPI monitoring, and following remaining tasks
Communication with suppliers to resolve common issues
Writing documents and MOM; Data collection and analysis
Required No: 03 (Three)
Qualification: BA/ BSc degree in Management/ Computer Engineering from a reputable University with a GPA of 3.5 and above
Experience: Intern, Business Skills
Good writing, tasks following, E2E resolve issue
Good communication in English
Have a proficient command of project planning management.
Be able to use Excel proficiently.
Effective problem-solving skills
Position 2 – Maintenance Engineer

We invite qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Engineer at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC to develop and maintain functional and secure Enterprise networks.
The Maintenance Engineer is Responsible for
Computer-related Majors
More than 6 years’ work experience for Huawei MM product in CBE, majoring in system maintenance and application analysis, including not limited to familiar with instance configuration, issue handling, and bug fixing, 3rd party integration, BCP process and procedures changing, and report generation.
My personal feature plan is working in the technology direction; hope to further improve my technical capabilities after joining Huawei.
The depth and breadth of professional knowledge required for this position
Project Experience: Requirements for the professional title, for example, PMP, Cisco Career Certifications, CPA, and more
Skills or Certificate Requirements
Minimum score requirements for the standard exam on a particular skill, for example, scoring at least 60 points in C++ programming basis and Requirements for the professional title, for example, PMP, Cisco Career Certifications, CPA, and more
Mobile wallet
Major in system maintenance and application analysis,
Required– 10 (Ten)
Mandatory requirement
Software maintenance, including BDI customization, SQL query, and issue handling are other special requirements of this position.
Education and Major requirements
Business Development, Information Technology, Telecommunications, and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Language Skill:- Must speak English professionally, speaking Chinese is a plus
