Haile Resort – Jimma is the upcoming four-star resort opening soon and the 10th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Jimma. Jimma (Oromo: Jimmaa) is the largest city in southwestern Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It is a special zone of the Oromia Region and is surrounded by Jimma Zone. It has a latitude and longitude of 7°40′N 36°50′E. The distances from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to Jimma, Ethiopia is:221 miles / 356 km by driving. We are hiring just for a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all registration and billing procedures
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and on the phone
  • Assist guests with luggage, reservations, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to recommend hotel services and facilities
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall guest experience

About You

Job Requirement

 

  • BA in Hotel management/Marketing /Management and related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using hotel property management software and other technology
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
