Evertop Sportswear Plc. is in the process of establishing a garment factory in Bole Lemi Industrial Park, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Evertop plans to manufacture wearing apparel for the export market.

Evertop is looking for highly motivated and experienced personnel to fill the following position.

Position: Quality Assurance /Junior Officer

Location: Addis Abeba, Addis Ababa

Fresh Graduate

Job Description

Job Summary

Quality Control/Quality Assurance

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing, controlling, and maintaining the quality of products

Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews

Documenting new and existing processes

Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues

Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Training and mentoring other members of the quality assurance team

Ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, competence, or any requirement for the position

Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel)

Software Proficiency (Auto CAD)

BSC Degree in textile, industrial /garment engineering or any other related fields

Fluency in both spoken and written English including business terminology required.

Keeping document files sequentially
