Cooperative banks were originally set up to correct this market failure and to overcome the associated problems of asymmetric information in favor of borrowers.
In respect of Ethiopia, the country has a very low financial service coverage as mainstream financial institutions are heavily tilted towards the urban centers with good physical infrastructure, leaving the rural areas underserved.
Position: Graduate Trainee (Information System)
Education Qualification: Sc. degree in computer science, Information technology, Information system, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information System and Business Administration Information’s Systems and any Information Systems related field of study with CGPA of 2.00 and above;
Experience: Not required.
Language: Proven proficiency in listening, speaking and writing command of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English Languages.
Other Requirements: Only graduates of 2021 and 2022.
The applicants must have desirable knowledge, behaviors/right attitudes and other attributes
The age of an applicant shall not exceed 27 years (inclusive).
Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
Terms of Employment: Permanent after probationary period
