Ahadu Bank S.C. just joined the Ethiopian financial sector with an aim to create a significant impact in the manner in which banking services are delivered through knowledge-based leadership, state of the art technology, agile and unique strategy, as well as constructive market discipline.

 

Position 1: Credit Information Officer

Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Project Management or related fields.

Experience Requirement: A total of 3 years’ experience in a bank, out of which 1 year as Credit Admiration Officer or Customer Relations Officer or other equivalent positions.

 

Place of work: Addis Ababa

 

Position 2: Credit Appraisal Officer

Education Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Project Management or related fields.

 

Experience Requirement: A total of 3 years’ experience in a bank, out of which 1 year as Credit Admiration Officer or Customer Relations Officer or other equivalent positions.

 

Place of work: Addis Ababa,

 

Position 3: Credit Analyst

Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Project Management or related fields.

 

Experience Requirement: A total of 3 years’ experience in a bank, out of which 1 year as Credit Admiration Officer or Customer Relations Officer or other equivalent positions.

 

Place of work: Addis Ababa

 

Position 4: Senior Credit Analyst

Education Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Project Management or related fields.

 

Experience Requirement: A total of 5 years’ experience in a bank, out of which 2 years as Credit Analyst or in equivalent positions.

 

Place of work: Addis Ababa,

 

Position 5: Manager, Recruitment and Onboarding Division

Education: A minimum of BA Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management or related fields of studies.

 

Experience Requirement: 9 years of professional experience in recruitment and selection activities at a Bank of which 3 years in supervisory /managerial functions.

 

Place of work: Addis Ababa

 

Additional Skills Required:

 

• Computer application skill

 

• People’s Management skill

 

• Knowledge and skill in organizing and compiling data

 

• Industry specific skills (products and services)

 

• Emotional Intelligence

 

• Data analysis and presentation skill.
