Job Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizing transactions, following up all cheque clearance activities, and accounts of a suspense nature, to ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts.
Educational Level and Work Experience:
BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business-related field of study with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Job Title: Branch Manager – C
Job Summary:
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high-quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
Educational Level and work Experience:
BA in Management or Economics Accounting & Finance Marketing Banking & Finance Business Administration or another business-related field of study with three years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two years in a supervisory position.
Place of Work: Bedele Branch
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
