Currently, the bank has devised a new strategic plan & subsequently reviewed its organizational structure. The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, currently exceeding well over 400.
Thus, the Bank is looking for professionals with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions with attractive Salaries and benefits packages.
Position 1: IFB FINANCING ANALYST-II
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, and Economics or related field with two (2) years of relevant
work experience.
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required and compulsory
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: IFB CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER-I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, management or related fields with three (3) years of relevant work
experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: IT AUDITOR-I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER-II-FIB
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with
three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required.
Place of Work: Kombolcha Branch
Position 5: DIGITAL CHANNEL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER-I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information science,
Software Engineering or related field with three (3) years of relevant banking work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Posiiton 6: CORE APPLICATION SUPPORT-I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science,
Software Engineering and related fields with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 7: SR. BRANCH BANKING AUDITOR
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with four (4) years of
relevant work experience.
Place of Work: Jimma and Dire Dawa District Office
Position 8: SR. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with four (4) years of relevant
work experience.
